Our standard shipping is UPS Ground. Once your signs are ready to be shipped, we will send you your UPS Tracking Number. Please allow 24 hours after you receive your number for the tracking to update.
If you would like to receive your signs faster please contact us and we can change your shipping to 3 day, 2 day or even overnight.
Our Return Policy
We hope you never need to return or replace your signage order. We strive for happy, satisfied customers.
In the event that you do we ask that you contact us right away to discuss a return or replacement. Returns and replacements will not be accepted 12 days after delivery of signs.
If your order is damaged we ask that you file a claim with UPS right away and contact us.
Standard signs with no custom colors, text, special sizes/shapes or logos can be returned for a refund within 12 days of delivery. There is a 10% restocking fee. For any standard signs that are returned, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee to return.
Custom Signs Returns and refunds will not be accepted for any custom signs. Unfortunately because these signs are made on an individual basis we do not offer returns. If a mistake was made by Harvey Signs Inc. on any custom signs we will replace the sign(s) free of charge.
Cancellation Policy Any orders can be canceled within 24 hours after the order has been replaced. If it has been more than 24 hours give us a call or email us, firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss and see what we can do.
